Welcome Home was not born from a plan—but from personal transformation.

In 2017, during recovery from major spinal surgery, Sarah’s life fell apart. Just weeks into healing, she was met with a devastating betrayal. From that emotional rubble, she began the journey inward.

For most of her life, Sarah had struggled to speak her truth. A traumatic moment at age seven—forced to speak on stage—left a lasting imprint. That silencing continued throughout her life, echoing through fears of public speaking and the deeply embedded childhood belief: “Children should be seen and not heard.”

Years later, she uncovered an overwhelming blockage in her throat chakra. Hypnotherapy helped her begin to release it—and that experience became a turning point. She went on to train in clinical hypnotherapy, EFT tapping, inner child work, and energy healing—not just to learn them, but to live them, embody them, and become the woman she once needed.

Sarah believed for most of her life that her wish to be invisible and her muted voice came solely from parental wounds. During one of her healing sessions, she discovered that her fears in this lifetime were deeply rooted in a past life. She was able to access that lifetime, understand the origin of her soul’s silence, and begin healing the wound using her bespoke blend of hypnotherapy, energy work, and intuitive guidance—freeing her subconscious from the prison of her past.

Today, Sarah helps women who, like her, have felt silenced, unseen, or unworthy—those carrying invisible wounds from past lives, betrayal, abandonment, or childhood trauma. Her work is not about fixing you—it’s about guiding you back home to the truth of who you are.
